Nurturing a More Inclusive Open Science Community

ORCA engages in a range of projects designed to ensure that researchers worldwide can participate in, and benefit from, the global scientific conversation. One example is our work in Latin America to create connections among open hardware, open educational resources, and open science. By bringing open science approaches into the classroom, we aim to introduce the next generation of biomedical researchers to a culture of sharing that could carry on into future stages of their careers.

Another example is bringing together key actors from across geographies, disciplines, and communities to exchange perspectives and visions about an open-led research environment. Please watch this video to better understand what this looks like in practice.
